Built around their flagship TIRONOX collection — titanium-infused, lightweight cast iron cookware — Kroslo is reengineering a centuries-old category with modern materials, clean design, and zero compromise on health. From product to packaging to campaigns, everything at Kroslo is built with intention.

Who We’re Looking For We’re a growing brand with real campaigns, real shoots, and real deadlines — and we’re making room for someone who wants to learn design the way it actually works. If you’ve spent time in Photoshop and Illustrator, you’ve played around with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Nano Banana for design, and you genuinely care about how things look and why — this is for you. What You’ll Be Doing • Designing real assets for live campaigns — social media creatives, ad visuals, packaging concepts, and more • Sitting in on marketing campaign brainstorming sessions (your ideas are welcome at the table) • Being part of creative photoshoot and video-shoot planning and execution • Getting live, direct feedback on your work throughout • Working with AI-assisted design workflows as part of your day-to-day What You Should Already Have • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Familiarity with AI design tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, or similar • An eye for clean, intentional design — portfolio doesn’t need to be big, but it should show taste • Ability to take feedback, iterate fast, and show up ready to work What You’ll Walk Away With • Hands-on experience across branding, social media, and marketing design • Real understanding of how creative work fits into campaign strategy • Direct mentorship and live feedback for 3 months straight • Portfolio work that’s actually been used in the real world Duration: 3 Months Type: On-site Stipend: ₹10,000/month Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi To Apply Send your portfolio (Behance, Drive, PDF — anything works) and a one-liner on why you want in to [email protected] No lengthy cover letters.
