Whether supporting a one-time milestone or a large-scale gifting program, the focus is on helping brands show up with style, substance, and lasting impact.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Illustrator role located in Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts for corporate gifting collections, brand campaigns, and packaging that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts for print and digital assets, designing logos and visual identities for gifting programs, and refining typography and color palettes to enhance brand storytelling. The role involves collaborating closely with the in-house production team, account managers, and suppliers to ensure designs are practical for production and delivered on time. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files, maintain design consistency across projects, and contribute creative ideas to elevate the overall gifting experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Illustration , including visual composition and layout.
- Ability to create impactful Logo Design and Branding solutions that reflect client identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for legibility, hierarchy, and stylistic nuance.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating print, packaging, and brand-focused design work, preferably with corporate or agency experience.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant design education (e.g., degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
