Summary Company: Skalegrow Private Limited Position: Graphic Designer Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time Overview Skalegrow is a full-stack B2B marketing agency that helps companies in the IT, tech, SaaS, robotics, and embedded systems industries grow with marketing. This role will involve creating high-quality visual assets for Skalegrow’s clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling end-to-end creative execution, from conceptualization to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design: Design static and digital creatives such as social media posts, infographics, brochures, whitepapers, website banners, and ad creatives. Create illustrations, icons, and visual elements to support different types of content. Create brand playbooks for clients, including elements such as color palettes, typography, imagery, iconography, and graphical illustrations.

Ensure brand consistency across all client deliverables. Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with the content team to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into compelling visuals and videos. Coordinate with the client to understand their design requirements.

Deliver all creatives within deadlines, adhering to project timelines and SLAs. Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure outputs meet client expectations. Contribute to Skalegrow’s internal branding and marketing assets when required.

Desired Skills and Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Strong portfolio showcasing design credentials across different creative formats (preferably B2B projects).

Understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual storytelling. Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging content across formats by understanding Skalegrow’s client requirements. Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.
