Graphic Designer - Social Media

WE ARE HIRING: Graphic Designer + Social Media Executive

Are you a designer who understands the "social" in social media? Or a social media manager with high-level design chops?

Pickle Jar Media is looking for a creative powerhouse to join our production team. We are searching for a multi-faceted individual who can design a stunning carousel in the morning and dive into engagement metrics and social media management in the afternoon.

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of experience in design and/or social media management.
• Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort with Canva and other design platforms
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to monitor insights and engage with communities to drive real growth.
• Versatility: Experience creating everything from static thumbnails to complex carousels.

Bonus Points If:

• You are a content creator with a pulse on current trends.
•  You have experience managing a variety of channels (Instagram, etc.).
•  You are familiar with video editing or motion graphic basics.
