Role Overview We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphics & Video Designer who understands social media, music culture, and content that grabs attention. You will work closely with our marketing team to create high-performing ad creatives, social media content, podcast edits, and promotional assets for the company and our clients. Responsibilities Design graphics for Meta Ads, Instagram, and promotional campaigns Edit podcast videos and create short-form reels for social media Create ad creatives focused on engagement and conversions Design graphics for Rest In Beats' services, marketing campaigns, and sales materials Develop social media posts, stories, carousels, and video content Create multiple creative variations for testing and optimization Requirements 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop Understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media content trends Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Passion for music, content, and digital marketing Bonus Skills: After Effects, Illustrator, Motion Graphics, AI Tools What We Offer Opportunity to work with leading artists, labels, and music campaigns Medical Insurance 7-Day Christmas Break (in addition to regular leaves) Growth-focused environment with significant learning opportunities Gym Membership
