Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (India preferred) Type: Full-Time / Contract Experience: 3+ Years Company: Little Unusual About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who blends creativity with design fundamentals. From motion graphic storyframes to creative designs , you’ll help us create visuals that are clean, dynamic, and full of personality. Your role spans graphic design, and branding knowledge — always thinking in terms of what looks good still and in motion .

What You’ll Do Design visual assets for motion graphics (typography, layout, iconography, composition) Guide other designers on fundamentals — color theory, balance, visual hierarchy Collaborate with motion designers to ensure your visuals translate seamlessly Experiment with different design styles and evolve our visual identity Occasionally design posters, pitch decks, and event banners Create visual documentation: moodboards, references, and guidelines What We’re Looking For 3+ years in visual/graphic/UI design Strong portfolio across styles and formats Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc. A solid grasp of typography, spacing, color, and layout principles Some knowledge of how motion graphics work (not required to animate) Experience working in collaborative creative teams Bonus: exposure to Web3, 3D, or design systems Work Hours Remote work Core team syncs: 11 AM IST and 7 PM IST | Monday-Saturday Tools We Use Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) Figma Notion, Frame.io, Google Drive About Us Little Unusual is a creative studio for the next internet — designing videos, visuals, and branding for clients in Web3, tech, and beyond.
