Your Role - Growth Lead India & Southeast Asia (SaaS Solutions)We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to expand our footprint across India and Southeast Asia (SEA).This role is not limited to traditional sales profiles-we also welcome candidates with strong operational or planning backgrounds (e.g., Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain), who are motivated to transition into a commercial, customer-facing role.You will play a key role in positioning and growing our SaaS-based supply chain and production planning solutions, focusing on fast value delivery, measurable ROI, and scalable customer adoption.
What You Will DoDrive growth across India and SEA by identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunitiesOwn the full customer journey-from initial discussions and solution positioning to proposal and deal closureAct as a trusted advisor to customers on Industrial Supply Chain Planning and digital transformationPosition PSI's SaaS solutions with a strong focus on:Short implementation cyclesFast time-to-valueClear business impact and ROIWork closely with HQ in Europe (product, delivery, leadership) to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomesNavigate complex organizationsExpand existing customer relationships and drive adoption of standardized solutionsBuild and execute regional growth strategies tailored to India and SEA market dynamics
What You BringA university degree in engineering, supply chain, economics, metallurgy, or a related fieldEither:Experience in B2B solution sales (ideally SaaS or SCM)OR:Strong operational experience in Industrial Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning, with a desire to move into a commercial role
Core ExpertiseSolid understanding of industrial supply chain planning concepts:Demand Planning & Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)Integrated Business Planning (IBP)Forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, capacity planningScenario simulation and decision-making processesStrong interest in SaaS business models, including:Customer value focusSubscription-based solutionsROI-driven selling and adoptionAgile, fast-paced sales cycles
Key Success FactorsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution drive"Hunter mentality" combined with the ability to build long-term relationshipsExperience working in or with India and/or Southeast Asia marketsAbility to navigate diverse cultural and business environmentsExperience engaging with family-owned or founder-led industrial companiesUnderstanding of digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing
