Job Description:
StoneX Global is seeking a Vice President - Marketing to own the complete brand presence of India's most authoritative luxury natural stone company. This is the senior-most marketing mandate in the Organization responsible for Brand, PR, Digital, and Customer Experience functions - reporting directly to the CMO and seated at the leadership table.The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and storyteller: someone who understands the grammar of luxury, commands a senior creative team, and brings rigour to how marketing translates into measurable business outcomes.
Define and steward the StoneX Global brand architecture, identity and positioningLead integrated PR strategy across trade, lifestyle and luxury mediaDrive full-funnel digital marketing - SEO, performance, content and socialOwn the Customer Experience mandate across all brand touchpointsDevelop and manage annual marketing P&L and agency relationshipsPartner with Sales to design account-based marketing and lead nurture programmsCommission and interpret market research; own competitive intelligenceCoach and develop a high-performance team of 15+ across four sub-functions
Desired Skill Set 15+ years in premium or luxury brand marketing, ideally in lifestyle, real estate, materials or design-led categoriesDemonstrated ability to build brands from strong to iconicSharp editorial sensibility - you think in stories, not just campaignsProven experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teamsStrong command of digital ecosystems alongside traditional brand strategyExecutive presence; able to represent StoneX at industry forums and in C-suite conversations
