About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Manager to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients and own their business growth end-to-end. This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of growth, customer success, and revenue expansion.
You'll work closely with a large portfolio of SMB clients — high in volume, though individually low in ticket size — to ensure they adopt Grexa deeply, see real business outcomes, and continue growing with us through renewals, upsells and cross-sells. This role is ideal for someone with a SaaS/SMB account management or sales background who thrives on managing scale: many accounts, fast cycles, and consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SPOC for a high-volume portfolio of SMB clients, building strong, trust-based relationships at scale.
- Create and implement structured onboarding processes to deeply understand each client's business and ensure Grexa is integrated into their daily operations.
- Monitor client engagement and usage metrics to proactively identify adoption gaps, risks, and growth opportunities across a large book of accounts.
- Drive retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by aligning Grexa's features with evolving client needs.
- Advise clients on how to unlock more value from the platform through advanced features and tailored strategies.
- Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Growth, Ops) to ensure smooth issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Champion the voice of the client by collecting detailed feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product and service innovation.
- Own the client journey end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in SaaS Account Management, SMB Customer Success, or Sales roles.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume portfolio of low ticket-size/low AOV accounts, comfortable operating at scale rather than managing a handful of large accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of driving client renewals and retention, along with upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for execution and outcomes.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve on-ground problems in real time.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp APIs, and marketing or SaaS tools.
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
