Lead end-to-end export sales strategy aligned with business growth targets.Identify and develop new international markets and distributor networks.Drive revenue growth through key account management and strategic partnerships.Ensure compliance with international food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (HACCP, BRC, USFDA, etc.).Collaborate with production, supply chain and Quality teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.Manage pricing strategy, cost optimization and margin improvement for export markets.Monitor global market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.Oversee export documentation, logistics coordination and shipment planning.Build and lead a high-performance export sales team.Represent the company in international trade fairs, client meetings and business negotiations.
