Role Description The Head – Hospital Projects & Expansion (Ayurveda) role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving the strategic growth of Ayurvedic hospitals and clinical centers. The role involves conceptualizing and planning new hospital projects, conducting feasibility studies, and developing expansion roadmaps aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives. The individual will oversee project lifecycle management, including design coordination, budgeting, timelines, vendor selection, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clinical, operations, finance, and marketing teams, creating models for patient care pathways, and integrating Ayurvedic therapies and services into hospital offerings. The role also focuses on building partnerships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations, and regulatory bodies, monitoring performance of existing facilities, and recommending improvements in patient experience, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for feasibility analysis, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities to design expansion strategies, project roadmaps, and long-term hospital network growth plans.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare, and Managed Care to navigate clinical operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in hospital project management, healthcare operations, or network expansion in Ayurveda or allied healthcare domains is highly beneficial.
- Postgraduate degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field is preferred; exposure to Ayurveda or integrative medicine is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in using digital tools for project tracking and reporting.
