Position: Head of Beauty Advisors (All Region Team Leader).Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in beauty retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.Proven experience managing Beauty Advisors (BA) across multiple locations/regions.Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and customer behavior.Experience in sales target management and performance monitoring.Able to analyze sales data, BA productivity, and retail performance metrics.Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.Willing to travel frequently for store visits and team supervision.

Job Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead and manage Beauty Advisors (BA) nationwide, ensuring strong performance, discipline, and alignment with company targets and brand standards.Sales Performance: Monitor and drive sales performance across all regions by setting targets, tracking KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve all region sales goals.Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and grooming standards of all Beauty Advisors.Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, BA productivity, and retail performance metrics to identify gaps and implement continuous improvements.Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, in-store promotions, and high-quality customer service across all locations.Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to align retail execution with campaign objectives and support product launches.
