As Head of Fund Administration, you will lead CSC’s Netherlands-based Fund Operations team supporting our clients across private equity, real estate and other closed‑ended fund structures. You will be accountable for operational excellence across core fund administration activities, client service delivery, and risk and control practices. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Client Services, Compliance, Technology, and Product to drive scalable processes and high‑quality outcomes.
You will coach and develop a high‑performing team while ensuring consistent delivery in line with regulatory and client requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Amsterdam Fund Administration function delivering fund administration services for private equity and closed‑ended funds, including close oversight of SLAs, timelines, and quality metrics and ensuring client deliverables are met
- Ensure accurate and timely NAV‑related outputs and supporting reporting in collaboration with internal teams and third‑party providers (e.g., depositaries, banks, auditors, tax advisors)
- Own operational controls, issue management, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance (e.g., AIFMD‑aligned practices where applicable)
- Act as a senior escalation point for client matters; build trusted relationships with fund controllers, CFOs, and external stakeholders through proactive communication and delivery leadership
- Drive standardization and process optimization across workflows, including documentation, checklists, KPIs, and operating procedures to support scale and consistency
- Partner with Technology and Product teams to implement, enhance, and adopt fund accounting/administration systems and reporting tools; translate business needs into actionable requirements

- Lead, mentor, and develop colleagues through coaching, performance management, and succession planning, promoting an inclusive and collaborative team culture
Required Qualifications
- Significant local market experience in fund administration leadership and operations, with a strong focus on private equity and closed‑ended funds
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including team development, performance management, and delivery ownership
- Strong knowledge of fund lifecycle activities such as capital calls, distributions, investor servicing, and operational support for portfolio transactions
- Experience managing operational risk, controls, and audit support within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong client‑facing communication skills with the ability to manage escalations and influence senior stakeholders
- Proficiency using data to manage performance (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) and drive continuous improvement
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with alternative investment fund structures common in European markets and/or across multiple domiciles
- Familiarity with industry platforms and tools used in fund administration and reporting (e.g., Investran, Geneva) and strong Excel skills
- Experience leading change initiatives such as system implementations, workflow redesign, or operational scaling
