About the Opportunity Our client in the non-profit sector is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Executive Assistant to support a senior executive within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your Responsibilities You’ll manage complex executive calendars, balancing shifting priorities, urgent requests, and scheduling requirements You’ll coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and provide logistical support for virtual and in-person meetings You’ll organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics You’ll prepare, edit, proofread, and format executive-level documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence You’ll maintain organized records, files, and shared workspaces while ensuring confidentiality and discretion You’ll process expenses, reimbursements, and administrative transactions accurately and within required timelines You’ll support project tracking, follow‑ups, and coordination activities to help ensure deliverables are completed efficiently You’ll provide administrative and coordination support to committees and internal initiatives as needed Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role Experience supporting senior leaders within a fast-paced or complex environment Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Experience within the non-profit or charitable sector is considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
