Roles and Responsibilities

The key purpose of the position is to take the control of Legal dept for the entire State and look after all legal cases , of the area under the control and to safeguard Company’s legal interest and would provide the necessary legal support on designated areas. Reporting to Zonal Legal Manager (ZLH)

Should have experience in dealing and Liaison with Police and other enforcement authorities.

Experience in closely interacting with recovery team and in supporting recovery

efforts.

Creating and providing various legal tools to Collections

support for Executing legal tools and Joint Customer visit in Critical and High

ODPOS cases

Reviewing and responding to the legal notices served upon the company by collecting

the requisite information and inputs from the concerned stake holders.

Engaging and coordinating with legal counsels and internal stakeholders for handling

the litigations including any filing and defend the cases thereunder till disposal and

further actions.

Conducting Lok Adalat and conciliation Camps.
