Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to lead service delivery, manage teams, and drive operational excellence within a Shared Services/Global Business Services (SSC/GBS) environment. The role requires strong expertise in Workday HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, stakeholder management, SLA governance, people leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in HR Operations, Shared Services (SSC), or Global Business Services (GBS).
Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM (Mandatory).
Working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD (Mandatory).
Experience in people management, team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and service delivery operations.
Client-facing stakeholder management and communication skills.
Workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/dashboard creation.
Experience driving process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent).
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in HR Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or HR Operations environments preferred.
Experience Requirements
7+ years of HR Operations experience.
Minimum 1–3 years of team management experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or GBS environments.
Experience managing teams, Team Leads, or multiple operational work streams is preferred.
