Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team onsite at our Chatrapati Sambhajinagar location. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, including designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. You will play a key role in enhancing employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Coordination between departments to foster a productive work environment will also be a critical part

of your role.

Qualifications

Professional experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR ManagementProficiency in developing and implementing HR PoliciesUnderstanding and management of Employee Benefits and related programsSkill in Personnel Management, including oversight of employee relations and conflict resolutionStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with HR software and tools is an advantageProven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
