About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for:managing end-to-end recruitmenthandling both in-house hiring and client hiringworking across domestic and APAC hiring requirements This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating processes, and managing hiring workflows efficiently
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:sourcingscreeningscheduling interviewscoordinationWork on:in-house hiring (internal roles)client hiring (domestic & APAC markets)Source candidates using:job portalsLinkedInother hiring platformsConduct initial screening callsCoordinate with hiring managers and candidatesMaintain candidate databases and hiring trackersEnsure smooth communication and follow-upsAssist in onboarding and documentation processes
️ Required SkillsMUST HAVE:Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of recruitment processStrong coordination and follow-up abilityOrganized and detail-oriented approachWillingness to learn and adapt quickly
GOOD TO HAVE:Experience in recruitment / HR (internship or full-time)Familiarity with:LinkedIn hiringjob portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)Basic understanding of IT or corporate rolesExposure to international hiring (APAC) is a plus
