Job Description – HR Manager (Ahmedabad)
This position will have responsibilities related to Human Resources and Office Manager Role to serving Aimler Solutions at Ahmedabad.
Position: HR Manager( Ahmedabad )
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll for India offices (Ahmedabad), including salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI), taxes, and payroll compliance.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confidential personnel records.
- Maintain and update HR databases within ERP systems.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, disciplinary matters, separations, and HR guidance.
- Oversee office administration, procurement of office supplies, and daily office operations.
- Manage HR technology platforms, including ATS, onboarding, and payroll systems.
- Review, draft, and manage vendor agreements while ensuring compliance and mitigating contractual risks.
- Maintain vendor records and continuously improve vendor management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with US-based companies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, auditors, and government authorities for statutory filings, inspections, notices, and audits.
- Prepare, review, and maintain statutory records, licenses, registers, and compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, HR policies, NDAs, and other legal documentation in line with current employment laws.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, domestic inquiries, and separation processes while ensuring legal compliance.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and employment regulations, assess their impact on the organization, and implement necessary policy and process updates.
