Roles and Responsibility
We are looking for a HR Manager with extensive experiencein overseeing all HR functions, with a specific emphasis on payroll, managinggrievances, Exit & Performance Management. The ideal professional shouldhave proven work experience in managing HR processes. As the HR Manager, youwill be accountable for guaranteeing the efficient functioning of HR activitiesand will be a crucial component in supporting the growth and progress of ourorganization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve payroll processes to ensure accurateand timely payments to employees. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsrelated to payroll, taxes, benefits, and labor. Manage and resolve employee grievances in a fair andtimely manner Investigate and mediate disputes between employees andmanagement. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retaintop talent Manage the recruitment and selection process, includingjob postings, interviewing, and hiring Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies andother stakeholders Foster a positive and inclusive work environment bypromoting open communication, teamwork, and collaboration Manage employee relations issues, including conflictresolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions Develop and implement employee engagement programs toimprove morale and satisfaction Develop and implement HR policies and procedures inaccordance with applicable laws and regulations Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws andregulations, including those related to immigration, and data privacy Stay up to date on changes in HR legislation and bestpractices and make recommendations for updates to HR policies and procedures asnecessary Manage Career Progression, Performance Management,Resignations, Exits within the organization. Hire and negotiate Salaries for Senior consultants andabove levels. Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in HR, BusinessAdministration, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus onpayroll and grievance handling In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and bestpractices Thorough knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices inCanada and USA will be an added advantage Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadershipskills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, andpayroll software
