Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can build scalable HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives
2. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams
- Drive organizational effectiveness, team structure, and productivity
- Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
- Drive company culture aligned with organizational values
- Manage employee feedback mechanisms (surveys, skip-level meetings, etc.)
4. Performance Management
- Oversee goal-setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles
- Coach managers on performance improvement and talent development
- Identify high-potential employees and succession planning
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure smooth HR operations including payroll coordination, onboarding, and exits
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Update and implement HR policies and processes
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and design development programs
- Promote continuous learning and leadership development initiatives
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement, etc.)
- Provide insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making
Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Management
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or startup ecosystem is a plus
Education
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
