The business is building dedicated teams in India to support global growth across IT & Development, Marketing, Administration, and Customer Service.The company is focused on building a high-performance international workforce and is looking for an HR professional who can support growth with structure, ownership, and strong execution.Website: Role SummaryPremium Chauffeur is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for a growing international team. This role is suited for a proactive professional who can manage recruitment, HR processes, employee documentation, onboarding, and people operations in a fast-moving business environment.This is a hybrid role based in Chandigarh and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple HR responsibilities independently.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across technology, marketing, operations, administration, and support functions.
Develop, improve, and maintain HR processes, SOPs, and internal documentation. Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and training coordination. Track employee performance, KPIs, and overall productivity across teams.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation. Support employee engagement, internal communication, and HR coordination. Handle employee relations matters and help resolve workplace issues professionally.Compliance and Operational Support Research and support recruitment compliance requirements, especially for driver-related hiring.
Ensure onboarding compliance for operators and chauffeurs. Maintain documentation related to licensing, eligibility, and onboarding records. Build a working understanding of basic compliance requirements across the UK, Europe, the UAE, and the USA.Required Qualifications 4 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding. Practical experience in HR operations and documentation management. Experience managing employee relations matters.
Good understanding of HR policies and compliance fundamentals. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment.
Proficiency in HR tools, systems, and documentation workflows. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Experience Experience hiring technology teams, including developers and QA professionals. Exposure to multi-location or international teams.
