Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Mahesana. As an HR Manager, you will oversee and enhance HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment, handling employee relations, developing HR policies, and driving talent management strategies.

The role also entails coordinating training and development programs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. QualificationsStrong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processesProficient in performance management, employee relations, and HR policiesFamiliarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and manage training and development programsProficient in HR software and toolsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plusPrevious experience in an HR management role is highly desirable
