Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Planning:
- Work with the Director HR Operations to Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with HR goals and initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of HR content strategies across Workday and change initiatives.
- Assist in aligning content with HR priorities, initiatives, and employee experience goals.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to understand their needs and create content plans that address internal and external communication requirements.
Content Creation:
- Support development of change management materials, including training decks, FAQs, job aids, and communications.
- Write, edit, and curate compelling content for a variety of HR initiatives, including Employee Handbooks, Policies, Training Materials, Standard Operating Procedures, Newsletters, and Announcements.
- Ensure content is clear, consistent, and adheres to the company's tone and messaging guidelines.
Content Optimization:
- Utilize analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of HR content.
- Maintain and update content in response to process changes, system updates, and feedback.
- Assist in identifying content gaps and updating materials to improve clarity and usability.
Governance, Compliance, and Content Management:
- Follow established content governance processes, including version control and publishing standards.
- Coordinate with Communications, Legal, and Compliance teams to help ensure content accuracy and alignment with policies.
- Support ongoing updates required due to regulatory or organizational changes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Support:
- Work with cross-functional partners including HR, Strategy & Enablement, Communications, Legal, IT, and Workday teams to support content needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather inputs and translate information into clear, usable content.
- Provide support on project-based work and day-to-day content requests as needed.
General Support and Ad Hoc Work
- Take on additional content-related tasks and support activities based on team priorities and business needs.
- Provide execution support across both business-as-usual content management and change initiatives.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital communication tools (e.g., Workday, SharePoint, knowledge bases).
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex HR processes into clear, user-friendly content.
- Ability to support creation of a range of materials, including system content, job aids, FAQs, and basic training materials.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple requests and shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Basic understanding of change management concepts (e.g., supporting training, communications, and adoption efforts) is preferred.
- Experience working in a large, complex organization is preferred.
- Experience with Workday Help, Workday Knowledge, and/or SharePoint is a plus.
