Job Description
Join as a Human Resources Administrator to provide essential HR support in a District setting. This full-time role focuses on onboarding, employee engagement, and effective management support. As an Onboarding and Engagement Partner, you will oversee the full-cycle employee onboarding process and manage retention efforts.
Additional responsibilities include processing payroll and benefits paperwork, conducting exit interviews, and acting as the primary contact for employee queries. You'll collaborate with management to enhance HR presentations and training sessions. Key Responsibilities: • Process new hire paperwork and background checks • Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees • Administer payroll and benefits for staff • Handle employee inquiries and concerns • Assist in presenting HR training sessions Requirements: • Minimum two years’ HR experience • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and legislation • Health care experience preferred • Familiarity with unions and collective agreements • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Support the HR functions vital for organizational success in your District. #J-18808-Ljbffr
