The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the healthcare domain, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into effective HR strategiesAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR policies, talent management, and organizational developmentLead performance management, succession planning, and talent reviewsHandle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance managementDrive engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace cultureEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesCollaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar roleMandatory: Experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Life Sciences domainStrong business acumen and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience in employee relations and performance managementGood understanding of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsMBA / PGDM in HR or related fieldExperience working with large or mid-sized organizationsExposure to HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
