About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the healthcare domain, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into effective HR strategiesAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR policies, talent management, and organizational developmentLead performance management, succession planning, and talent reviewsHandle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance managementDrive engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace cultureEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesCollaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar roleMandatory: Experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Life Sciences domainStrong business acumen and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience in employee relations and performance managementGood understanding of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsMBA / PGDM in HR or related fieldExperience working with large or mid-sized organizationsExposure to HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
