About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Lead to drive the end-to-end talent and operational excellence agenda across the region.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing talent strategy, optimizing workforce solutions, and delivering outstanding customer and commercial outcomes. You will play a critical role in building and scaling a high-performing talent ecosystem while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic & Commercial LeadershipOwn regional P&L across talent supply, contractor management, and supply chainDrive growth through workforce monetization and operational efficiencyPartner with senior leaders to align strategy and execution Operational ExcellenceLead end-to-end talent lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, redeployment)Implement scalable processes, automation, and digital solutionsDeliver exceptional service across customers, candidates, and partners Talent & Supply Chain ManagementBuild strong talent pipelines aligned to customer demandStrengthen supplier partnerships and workforce ecosystemDrive fulfilment performance and supply optimization Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to labour laws, compliance, WHS, and data privacy standardsLead risk management, quality assurance, and governance frameworks Leadership & CultureLead and develop high-performing teams across operations and talent functionsFoster a collaborative, customer-centric, and high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

Proven senior leadership experience in talent, workforce solutions, MSP, or operationsStrong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experienceExpertise in end-to-end talent lifecycle and supply chain managementExperience driving operational transformation, automation, and scalabilityStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsAbility to lead large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
