Roles & Responsibilities :
People Process Champion: Ensuring on time in full completion of all people processes (goal setting, reviews & increment cycle, engagement surveys)Facilitate career discussions & ensure career closures for all managerCo-drive people learning & development agendas in partnership with CoE
Talent Processes and Capability Development :Partner towards design & delivery of capability programs for the team as per capability roadmap Drive development plans and learning needs as identified for all managersAnchor all functional capability programs including functional on-boardingEnsuring smooth & rigorous induction for all new joiners into the organizationPartner with TA team for Recruitment & Selection, maintaining right source-mix & diversity ratio - Defining & driving hiring strategy for the organization
Data Analytics & HR Metrics: Build and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, recruitment, capability development, diversity, etc.) for Head Office. -Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making.Monitor trends and proactively recommend interventions based on analytics. -Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of HR reporting
Employee Engagement: Engagement action planning & implementation -Drive rewards & recognition initiatives
Overhead Control:Identify and drive initiatives to ensure that Manpower and Non-manpower costs are under AOP budgetEnsure staffing as per approved structure
Educational Qualification:MBA from TIER II Institutes
Experience: 2 - 6 years of experience.
Skills: -Experience / exposure to HR processes -Proficiency in Business HR PartneringCapability Building -Building connect with stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and bring structure into workExperience in Identifying key deliverables in the areas of recruitment / capability building / engagement and driving the same.
