The Human Resources Coordinator acts as a key point of contact for employees in Human Resources matters and provides expert advice and service to staff by utilizing Human Resources best practices. This is a growth opportunity for a Human Resources Professional who is interested in taking the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding Human Resources related inquiries and provide guidance towards company policies and procedures.
Support staff with day-to-day Human Resources matters. Assist in the creation of new job descriptions, job postings, company policies and procedures. Assist in all efforts surrounding recruiting new talent, including attending career fairs, conducting screening candidates, participating in interviews, conducting reference checks, and drafting offer letters.
Assist in onboarding new hires, including gathering onboarding documentation and conducting orientations. Provide professional guidance to managers and front-line leaders in relation to conflict resolution and performance management matters. Promote a positive workplace culture through various employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies: Post graduate diploma or degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to navigate complicated and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. Strong research and problem-solving skills. Firm support and commitment towards workplace health & safety.
Strong knowledge & experience with MS Office Suite and Teams. Strong customer service focus and attention to detail. Arnold Bros.
