About the Opportunity Our client, a people-focused entity based in Cornwall, Ontario, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and employees in a collaborative environment where culture, communication, and employee experience are highly valued. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being hands-on, approachable, and actively involved in supporting both employees and leadership across a broad range of HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities • Support day-to-day Human Resources activities across the organization • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on workplace matters and HR policies • Assist with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and engagement initiatives • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development activities • Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records • Partner with leadership to support a positive and collaborative workplace culture • Participate in ongoing HR projects and organizational initiatives Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization • Experience supporting employee relations and workplace matters • Organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach • CHRP designation or working toward designation considered an asset • Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
