Job Description
The Role As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will coordinate the delivery of human resources functions at your location, including recruitment, payroll, pension and benefits, job evaluation, recognition and health and safety. You will coordinate recruitment functions including posting job opportunities, managing resumes and coordinating selection boards. You will advise and solicit input from the business on interpretation problems and suggested improvements to policies and collective agreements and may participate in collective bargaining.
The Human Resources Coordinator will also prepare correspondence, ensure proper file management and maintain and ensure integrity of human resources related data. You will coordinate front‑end payroll services, ensure timely resolution of service enquiries and provide information and advice to the business. This is a hands‑on role, working as a team to best support the business with its human resources needs.
