Job Description
About the Opportunity Maintain employee records and HRIS data, including status changes and reporting. Administer employee benefits, vacation, and retirement programs. Manage recruitment, hiring, and new employee onboarding.
Ensure compliance with HR records, file retention, and termination processes. Prepare HR reports and support seniority and wage progression administration. About You Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HR Administration role.
Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records. Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, and HR administration processes. Understanding of employment standards, confidentiality requirements, and HR compliance practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service approach.
Experience supporting payroll, seniority tracking, or collective agreement administration is considered an asset. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Pay Range $30 - $35 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
