Human Resources Generalist

QUALIFICATIONS: · Post-secondary education in HR. · Minimum three (3-5) years’ experience in a similar role. · Ability to multitask and prioritize items. · Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role. · Ability to follow up on items. · Excellent communication skills. · Be able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels. · Employee relations experience and ability to resolve issues. · Must be able to establish credibility and handle confidential matters. · Ability to work onsite every day. · Experience with HRIS Systems, preferably WorkDay. · Competent in computer software such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
