Security Clearance Required SAP HR Consultant Location: Toronto, ON, Canada Duration: 12 months Lead the functional design, governance, and alignment of data and system capabilities across programs and business areas - specifically for the migration of the client’s SAP ECC HR solution with integration with SAP Defence and Security Lead the “As-Is” assessment of existing functional solution, including the assessment of mandatory simplification items (ECC to S/4HANA) and definition of system migration options and scope Assessment of options for integration between S/4HANA PA and OM from/to external HR/Pay solutions Assessment of ECC to S/4HANA HR Migration with integration to D&S Perform Business Capability assessment - identifying capability areas for retain/retire/transform Perform Business Process Assessment to identify gaps in fit-to-standard, additional requirements, process change implications Support decisions on implementation approach, deployment approach Support the scope definition and implementation estimation Ensure systems and data models support service delivery, workforce, financial, and operational processes Support the development and enforcement of data governance frameworks, standards, and quality controls Ensure data accuracy, consistency, traceability, and reporting integrity across systems Coordinate data definitions, classifications, and master data alignment across functional domains Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives from a functional data and systems perspective Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and working groups to gather and validate requirements and align on target-state business and solution architecture Provide clear recommendations, documentation, and briefings to governance and leadership forums to support Key Planning and Scoping Decisions Qualifications and Experience 10 plus years of experience in Defence and Public Sector, SAP HR and TM environment Experience in ECC to S/4HANA Upgrade assessment Experience in design and scoping of integration between S/4HANA PA and OM from/to external HR/Pay solutions Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a structured, policy-driven environment Ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience in municipal, provincial, federal, healthcare, education, transit, or broader public sector environments Familiarity with audit processes, contractor oversight, and public accountability frameworks ***Security Checks needed
