Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Ode, Gujarat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Additional tasks include performance management, training and development, and maintaining comprehensive HR records.

QualificationsStrong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent managementExperience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulationsProficiency in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolutionSkills in training, development, and fostering workforce engagementExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR software and toolsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM or PHR) are a strong plusPrior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is beneficialMust fluently speak in english , hindi , GujaratiMust know HRMS software working natureMust have experience in API/ Formulation pharmaceutical companies
