HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A growing hospitality-driven organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and elevate all people-related functions. This individual will play a key role in supporting leadership, strengthening internal processes, and fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.
This position is responsible for managing core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and team member relations. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to balance daily operations while contributing to long-term people initiatives. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this role.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Lead day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance
- Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and partnering with leadership on hiring decisions
- Design and enhance onboarding experiences to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
- Serve as a bilingual resource for employees, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish
- Administer employee benefits programs and support team members with questions, enrollment, and ongoing needs
- Coordinate open enrollment processes and ensure accurate data management within HR systems
- Maintain and manage HRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring integrity of employee records
- Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and build proactive hiring strategies
- Support leadership with performance management, coaching conversations, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Develop and implement training programs and materials to support team growth and operational consistency
- Track certifications, compliance requirements, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Serve as a resource for employees, helping resolve workplace concerns and promoting a positive culture
- Represent the organization at hiring events, networking functions, and community outreach efforts
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations
- 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience working with HR systems and payroll platforms (Paylocity experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience developing and facilitating training programs
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Background in hospitality, events, or service-based industries is a plus
