About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as an HR Manager - Learning & Development. This role will focus on driving organizational capability through strategic L&D initiatives and effective implementation of training programs.

Key Responsibilities• Design and implement Learning & Development strategies• Identify training needs and build competency frameworks• Lead leadership development and employee upskilling initiatives• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement• Collaborate with stakeholders to align L&D with business goals

Key Requirements• MBA in HR (mandatory)• 12+ years of experience in Human Resources• Strong expertise in Learning & Development• Proven experience in strategy formulation and execution• Excellent command over training design and implementation
