Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager with a solid technical background in .NET/.NET Core and Micro services architecture for developing and maintaining large enterprise web applications with high transaction concurrency. The ideal candidate should have expertise in leading complex web applications, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure web applications. Exposure to financial application domain or Enterprise resource planning is an added advantage.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, coupled with deep technical knowledge of .NET technologies and modern software architectures. Responsibilities Project Management: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet changing priorities and requirements. Team Coordination: Lead and mentor the development team to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Allocate resources and manage team workloads to meet project objectives. Facilitate communication between developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Proactively resolve project issues and bottlenecks. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and deliverables. Prepare regular progress reports and present to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. Oversee the deployment of web applications and ensure post-launch support Quality Assurance and Deployment: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are tested thoroughly. Educational qualification Post-Graduation/Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Range 15+ years Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years managing .NET web application & HRMS Projects Required work experience Strong knowledge of the .NET framework, web technologies, and application development lifecycle. Proficiency in project management. Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Should have Technical Management and Technical Understanding capabilities, ability to provide technical guidance to team and solution ascertainment.
Must have technical skills Project management methodologies Strong knowledge in Microsoft development with C#, Asp .net & .Net Core Technical software project leadership with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
