About the Role

We are hiring a talented Illustrator to build a distinctive visual language for a fast-growing dates brand. This role will focus on creating premium, illustration-led visuals across packaging, campaigns, and digital platforms.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with product based brands (FMCG, food, lifestyle, or retail) and understand how illustrations translate into strong on shelf and e commerce impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations for product packaging, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand illustration style
• Translate product concepts (flavours, ingredients, occasions) into compelling visuals
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to bring campaigns to life
• Take concepts from rough sketches to final production ready artwork
• Ensure all illustrations are optimized for both print and digital use
• Adapt styles based on campaign needs while maintaining brand consistency

Requirements

• Proven experience (Min 1-2 years) as an Illustrator with a strong portfolio
• Prior experience working with consumer/product-based brands (FMCG preferred)
• Strong skills in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
• Good understanding of branding, packaging, and visual storytelling
• Ability to convert briefs into impactful, market ready visuals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have

• Experience in food, beverage, or gifting categories
• Experience building illustration systems (not just one off designs)
• Understanding of e-commerce and social-first content
