Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting client implementation projects and delivering supply chain workstream activities
- Support the account teams to run supplier round table events
- Generating contractual terms of business and managing related queries, liaising with the Legal team where necessary
- Issuing and tracking contract amendment exercises such as changes to supply chain service levels and fee schedules
- Updating team logs and spreadsheets and keeping supply chain contact details and banking information up to date
- Supply chain consultant experience
- Onboard new suppliers into our programmes, checking and collating compliance documentation including insurance levels
- Supporting with Auditing our supply chain to ensure they are compliant whilst supporting our clients
Skills required for the role:
- Experience in managed service/recruitment outsourcing provision
- Experience managing implementation projects
- Contract negotiation experience
You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, as well as able to pick up new systems quickly and effectively. You will also have a real passion formaintaining relationshipsand be an ambassador for Guidant Global.

Supply Chain Analyst (Contract Role):
- Were looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team in Hyderabad, supporting both new client implementations and ongoing programme activity.
- This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where youll be a key part of the supply chain function working closely with both internal teams and suppliers to keep everything moving.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting supply chain activity across new client implementations and BAU programmes
- Taking ownership of onboarding new suppliers ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed accurately
- Managing and progressing queries through the Freshdesk ticketing system
- Liaising directly with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep activity on track
- Generating and issuing contractual documentation, and managing any follow-up queries
- Supporting contract amendment processes (service levels, fee changes, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers and supply chain data
What were looking for:
- Experience within MSP / RPO / recruitment outsourcing or a similar environment
- Previous experience in supply chain, supplier management or implementation support
- Comfortable using systems and managing workloads via ticketing tools (Freshdesk experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail accuracy is critical in this role
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Confident using your own initiative and problem-solving, not just following process
- Comfortable engaging directly with suppliers including picking up the phone and having conversations when needed
- Reliable, organised and proactive in supporting the wider team

This isnt just a process-driven role youll need to think on your feet, take ownership, and actively drive tasks through to completion. Youll be trusted to manage your workload, build relationships, and support the team in delivering against key activity.
