Overview
Leading financial services company is seeking a seasoned infrastructure finance attorney with at least 6 years of experience — 5 of which should have been spent at a top law firm — to join a small team of highly experienced transactional attorneys in New York and provide legal advice and assistance on U.S. and international infrastructure finance transactions. Responsibilities include supporting deal origination teams in structuring, negotiating and documenting such transactions; working closely with credit teams to identify and structure involving credit-related and other issues; assisting the surveillance teams with ongoing monitoring of closed transactions; and managing external legal counsel where appropriate. Hybrid work environment.
