A Vault 20 firm with a Chambers-ranked National Security Group has an unposted need for a senior associate/counsel level attorney to help expand its practice capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of experience with transactional and regulatory matters in the telecommunications industry, including broadband, towers, data centers, wireless, and satellite
• Strong experience with FCC and state regulatory proceedings
• Experience with private funds structure is a plus
• Excellent academic background

The group prefers candidates with prior law firm experience, though government service is a plus.

This is an opportunity to join one of the top National Security groups and contribute to its growth. You will work with high-end clients on cutting-edge matters, serve as the point person for FCC transactional and regulatory issues, and have a clear path toward advancement or partnership.
