Industrial Engineering Director – Pharmaceutical Industry

Responsibilities:Lead the planning, maintenance, and optimization of all manufacturing plants and laboratories, ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations, maximum operational safety, and peak efficiency in pharmaceutical production.Ensure that production processes fully meet the requirements of Anvisa and international regulatory bodies.Oversee equipment qualification, production system validation, line automation, and new manufacturing expansion projects.Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies, reduce waste, and optimize the use of inputs and cycle times.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans for infrastructure and critical machinery to prevent unplanned downtime.Profile:Over 10 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Engineering degree with an MBA from a top-tier universities.Proficiency in English.Location: Greater São Paulo area.
