Job Description
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives.Define and monitor performance metrics and targets for the inside sales function.Drive both outbound and inbound lead generation, nurturing, and qualification initiatives.Ensure accurate tracking, follow‑up, and reporting of sales pipeline data.Partner with field sales teams to support opportunity progression and deal closures.Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, and sales teams for campaigns, proposals, and demand‑generation activities.Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback.Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of inside sales team members.Maintain adherence to established sales processes, standards, and compliance requirements.The Successful Applicant
6+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales roles.Proven experience in managing or leading inside sales teams.Background in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions sales.Strong people‑management, leadership, and coaching capabilities.Ability to monitor and manage targets, KPIs, and sales pipelines effectively.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
