Director - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)Location: Noida
Role SummarySenior leadership role responsible for managing large-scale US healthcare revenue cycle operations, owning P&L, and driving client success. This position leads multi-functional RCM delivery teams, ensures SLA excellence, and partners with US clients to optimize revenue realization, reduce denials, and enable scalable growth.
What You Will OwnFull ownership of end-to-end RCM delivery across multiple accounts (200-500+ FTEs)P&L management including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimizationExecutive client relationships with US healthcare providers and billing organizationsOperational excellence across AR, denials, coding, billing, and collectionsTransformation initiatives (automation, analytics, and process re-engineering)

Transformation & InnovationChampion automation (RPA, AI-based denial prediction) and workflow optimizationLeverage RCM platforms such as Epic and Cerner for operational efficiencyBuild data-driven decision systems with real-time dashboards and analytics

What We're Looking For (Candidate Profile)10-15 years of experience in US healthcare RCM5+ years in leadership roles managing large offshore delivery (200+ FTEs)Strong track record of P&L ownership and client-facing leadershipDeep expertise in AR, denial management, coding, and billing operationsExperience in healthcare BPO/KPO or global capability centers
Preferred ExperienceExperience working with organizations like Optum, Omega Healthcare, access health care, R1RCM or IKS Health. Exposure to large-scale transitions (onshore offshore migrations)Strong understanding of US payer systems (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)MBA / MHA or equivalent leadership training
