Role Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing administrative support, preparing proposals, and proof‑read contracts. They will work closely with a CRM system to integrate business development and marketing strategies. Moreover, the Inside Sales Representative works closely with internal and external teams to generate and execute sales.
- Preparation of marketing material
- Working with internal and external teams to achieve the marketing and sales goals of the company.
- Attend trade shows
- Preparation of proposals for bids and tenders
- Member of integrated proposal teams including technical and sales personnel. Direct interaction and follow up with a global client base
- Populating and working with a CRM system Managing service contracts
- Interfacing with key suppliers, obtaining quotes, evaluating quotes and transforming them into proposals. Other duties related to the position
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
- Required Excellent listening, verbal and written English skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word), and Adobe Acrobat DC
- Ability to execute projects and objectives under minimal supervision
- Previous experience in the metals and mining industry and contract review are considered strong assets.

- Prepared to work non-traditional hours when required
