About Us
Team Royal seeks a CQCM Inspector to participate in an extensive construction program at NASA's Stennis Space Center (Coastal Mississippi) and NASA's Michoud Assembly Facility (New Orleans, LA). The assignment will last 11 months with a one-year option.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Analyze blueprints and schematics to identify potential issues and ensure proper execution of construction plans.Collaborate with construction management teams to oversee project progress and maintain quality control.Collect and document data findings.Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and current.Leverage DoD experience to adhere to regulatory requirements and enhance project outcomes.
Job Requirements
Experience as a construction project inspector on large, complex, multimillion-dollar DoD projects.Experience with Resident Management Systems (RMS).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.This position may require frequent and recurring construction inspections, which include walking, climbing, stooping, and bending at various elevations and uneven terrain.
