This role blends customer service and sales, giving you the opportunity to build relationships, support clients, and identify coverage opportunities.
Youll handle day-to-day service needs while also contributing to account growth through cross-selling and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client needs while maintaining a professional and helpful approach. Responsibilities
Follow up with clients on policies, renewals, and service needsCross-sell and round accounts to increase coverage and retentionProcess payments and update client informationHandle policy changes, endorsements, and documentationIssue certificates of insurance (COIs), ID cards, and other documentsEducate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions
Requirements
Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 daysPrior customer service experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsExperience with agency management systems preferred
