We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Design Sales Professional with a strong background in the hospitality and luxury interior design sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing design proposals, and driving project conversions for luxury hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, bars, resorts, and premium commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads within the hospitality and luxury design industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, hospitality operators, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design team to develop tailored interior design proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Recommend furniture, finishes, decor, and design solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Interior Design Sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury interiors, hospitality, furniture, or design-related industries.
- Strong understanding of hospitality interiors, furniture, materials, finishes, and decor solutions.
- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Existing network within the hospitality industry.
- Strong presentation and client-facing abilities.
- Commercial awareness and business development mindset.
- Passion for luxury design, architecture, and hospitality experiences.
