About the Job
We are looking for a high-intent Inside Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth.
The primary focus is managing day-to-day sales operations, mentoring a team of executives, and overseeing large ticket-size B2C closures.
This role is ideal for a strategic, target-driven leader who excels at high-value sales conversions and driving team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the inside sales team to consistently meet targets.
- Oversee and personally drive high-ticket B2C sales closures by building deep trust and rapport with prospects.
- Develop effective sales strategies, pitches, and objection-handling frameworks for the team.
- Track critical performance metrics including conversion rates, call volumes, and team revenue pipelines.
- Ensure data hygiene and consistent lead tracking across the team within the internal CRM.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on sales techniques and product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align sales strategies with organizational growth goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Inside Sales (B2C), with a proven track record of handling high-value/large ticket-size closures.
- 3+ years of mandatory experience in team handling and people management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of high-intent lead conversion cycles and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to thrive, motivate others, and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Robust data management skills with direct familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking tools.
